Ant Animation.

 

This is my animation of an ant exploding. We had to do a 30 slide animation to learn how and I choose an ant exploding. It was the first this that came to my mind. Next time I would make it more detailed.

Collaborative writing - Boots and The Fanny Pack.

Driving down the long driveway to Kaiaua the perfect camping spot then the camper hits a balder in the road! Everyone in the car squeals and our driver Boots hits on the brakes and brings the car to a halt. Everyone gets out of the car in a huff to see what the damage of the van was. All of sudden a magical fairy falls from the sky with a magical deodorant to fix the extremely damaged van. The fairy handed the magical deodorant to Boots who thanked her and slipped it in his fanny pack, they all climbed back in the van eager to see the magical deodorant work. Boots gets the magical deodorant out of his fanny pack, then sprays it all over the van not noticing it go in Randy’s eyes. Randy reachers for the wet wipes in the side of the door, then accidentally pulls the lever, the door flies open and he falls out onto the shiny sand of Kailua, camping time! Everyone hops out of the van in excitement and runs to check on Randy who is lying on the sand. Boots checks on the van and in shock it is magically fixed you would never have known it was broken, now time for a swim.

This was the work I did with - Issy, Riley and Me.

It was a challenge, we had to write a sentence each and create a story that works. We came up with four categories together, Character, Setting, Object, and Incident. See if you can guess what they were. It turned out pretty good but we didn't quite do the 300-word count that we had to. Next time I would work with people who don't distract me as much.

Netiquette.

This is a piece of work that I did with Elspeth to show the do's and don'ts of emailing a teacher. We are learning about showing netiquette online. Netiquette is the etiquette of the internet. It is the way you comment or speak by showing manners. Elspeth and I worked quite well together but we didn't quite do the best work possible. Next time I would try to get down more ideas. It looks really cool and its good messages. Thanks, for looking!

Collaborative art.

This is a piece of art that I made with one of my best friends Issy. It wasn't that simple we were in two different rooms in our class and we each had an image on the big screen. Our goal was to explain the art in our room and create one that incorporated elements from both. We found that one person described the art really well and the other said that a swan was a kiwi. In the end, it wasn't as good as our vision but it turned out okay.

Whale migration...

I am proud of this piece of work because I did a lot of research about it. It took me a while to read all the websites and sort it into my work.  I know a lot more about the humpback whale now and I could tell you about their migration progress. I think its pretty cool that they have their goals in life and they live to complete their migration. They are very loyal and determined and beautiful.  I really like this piece of writing and to publish it I kept it quite simple.

About ME!

I am really proud of my work. It took me a long time to learn how to do the polyline, I love how my lips and the shading on my face looks. Next time I would change my eyebrows!!!
